If you are an enthusiastic, hardworking individual looking for a space to learn and grow, and to express your creative spark, Lotus Magazine might be the place for you!

To align with our commitment to supporting and uplifting our AAPI community’s voices, we are reserving our positions for those who identify as AAPI. However, that doesn’t mean there is no space for allies to get involved! In fact, we welcome allies to participate by reading, engaging with, and sharing our work, and attending our events! We appreciate everyone who is supportive of our mission.

The team is made up entirely of passionate volunteers who are invested in seeing Lotus Magazine bloom. We fully understand that many of our volunteers also have full-time jobs or school going on; although the roles have a time commitment listed, we understand that life happens and all we ask is that volunteers communicate with us. Our goal is to make sure our team members are not overwhelmed while working towards our collective goals!

Most of the work we do is fully remote. However, if you are located in Los Angeles or San Diego (or anywhere in-between), we’d love to meet you in-person sometime and have you at our events! :)
