Partnerships Coordinator

Volunteer | 5-10 hours/week | Remote

We're looking for a passionate and resourceful Partnerships Coordinator to help grow Lotus's ecosystem of AAPI businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations. This is a unique opportunity to connect with trailblazing community leaders, sharpen your partnerships and community-building skills, and directly contribute to a mission that matters.

This volunteer role is ideal for someone who loves people, believes in the power of community, and wants to make a tangible impact for AAPI women.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with AAPI-owned businesses, nonprofits, and organizations aligned with Lotus's mission

  • Reach out to prospective partners and manage ongoing relationships with warmth and professionalism

  • Support the development of partnership proposals, decks, and outreach materials

  • Collaborate with the Lotus team to align partnerships with cultural programming and editorial content

  • Track outreach and partnership activity to keep things organized and moving
